Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:

International Shipping Notes

We ship worldwide! However, please note we currently cannot deliver to some remote areas and certain Asian countries due to customs restrictions. Any additional customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our premium beauty products and want you to love your Glamdira purchases. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
  2. Package Your Items: Securely pack the unused, unopened products in their original packaging with all accessories.
  3. Include Documentation: Print and include your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail your return package to:

  5. Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund (see refund details below).

Refund Details

Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment method.

Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used makeup products (including all foundations, primers, and lipsticks)
  • Makeup setting sprays that have been opened
  • Any products without original packaging

Note: All eyeshadow palettes must be returned unswatched and in their original protective wrapping to be eligible for return.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different color or product, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. We’ll process your refund once we receive the original item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
