Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • All safety seals and product protections must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened makeup products, including used eyeshadow palettes, foundation makeup, lipsticks, makeup setting spray, and primer makeup. These items must be unopened with original seals intact to qualify for return.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our Beauty Advisors within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your request
  2. Complete the Return Request Form (template provided below)
  3. Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible
  5. Ship your return to our Charlotte facility (address provided upon approval)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received

Shipping Your Return

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend:

  • Insuring your package for its full value
