Absolutely! At Glamdira Sales, we believe beauty shouldn’t come at the expense of our furry friends. All our products are cruelty-free and never tested on animals.
How do I choose the right foundation shade?

How do I create an account?
Simply click on “Register” at the top of our website and follow the prompts. Having an account lets you track orders, save your favorite products, and check out faster.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and enter your registered email address. We’ll send you a link to create a new password.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your beauty products to you ASAP! If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us at [email protected] within 1 hour of placing your order with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! However, we currently cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas. During checkout, you’ll see if we can deliver to your location.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 days after dispatch)
How long does processing take?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. For fastest processing, order by 12pm EST Monday-Friday for possible same-day dispatch!
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
We carefully package all orders to prevent damage. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos (if applicable) and your order number. We’ll work with our carriers to resolve the issue promptly.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened makeup products unless they’re defective.
How do I initiate a return?
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery. We’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid return label if applicable.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we don’t offer direct exchanges. We recommend returning the unwanted item (following our return policy) and placing a new order for the item you’d prefer.
